Project Description
Located in downtown LA next to the Disney Concert Hall is a new 114,000ft² three level Broad Art Foundation Museum with the following key program components: 38,000ft² of museum space, 45,000ft² of art storage, 7,000ft² of offices and 24,000ft² of miscellaneous spaces (lobby, restroom, retail etc). Situated over a new subterranean parking garage (3 Levels).
Parking Options:
A. Parking is available at The Broad in a three-level underground parking garage, entrance on 2nd Street between Hope Street and Grand Avenue. Parking for museum visitors with validation from The Broad will be $12 for three hours on weekdays. Accessible parking spaces, electric vehicle parking spaces and bicycle parking are all available on level P1 of the garage.
B. Alternate parking for museum visitors is available at the California Plaza garage located at 343 S Olive Street. Los Angeles for $8 with validation from The Broad.
C. Additional parking is available at other adjacent lots around Grand Avenue (you decide how much you want to pay).
