Water-based Fire Protection Systems Discharge Best Practices

Bruce Lecair of NFSA will be presenting a program on the "Water-based Fire Protection Systems Discharge Best Management Practices Manual," which was published by the California State Fire Marshal in cooperation with the California Division of Water Quality Storm Section in September of 2011. The BMP Manual was developed through the accumulation of research, analysis and the collaborative efforts of the Water Industry, Fire Service, Fire California Fire Sprinkler Industry and the California Division of Water Quality Storm Section to address issues related to water discharge practices for fire protection systems statewide.
