Event Flyer: 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament Flyer
This is a Charity event to benefit the UCI Regional Burn Center Survivor Program and SFPE SoCal Chapter Scholarship Fund.
Please include full contact information of all golfers when you are registering by using the add guest feature. The first and last name, company affiliation, email address, and phone number are needed of all attendees. Schedule of events:
8:00: Registration opens, bag drop available, hitting + putting available
9:40: Announce putting contest
9:45: All-putt contest
9:50: Announcement of rules
10:00: Shotgun start
3:00: Cocktail hour
3:45: Dinner, announce contest winners, raffle prizes
Please wear appropriate golf attire. Slacks or shorts and a polo are acceptable. Breakfast, lunch (boxed sandwich), dinner (buffet), cart, and green fees included with golfer fee.
Tournament information:
The tournament will use a Scramble Format. All sponsors for the event will be recognized on the SFPE SoCal website. If you need to rent clubs, please call the club to reserve a set. The deadline for sponsorship is February 12th. The deadline to sign up in order to play is February 23th. We will be selling tickets for the Mulligan, other course contests, and raffle tickets on the day of the event. Please bring cash for these items.
